It's a close up shot but I also wanted it to look like an up camera shot zooming in on the Master Sword while it rested in the pedestal.
I spent all day scouting out a perfect location for the master sword to be set up for pictures. We got there around 8am and I found this spot at around 3pm, and I couldn't be happier. All the other locations were too dark, or too open. But this one had just the right amount of light and a small open area almost perfect for the master sword to be set up in.
I was super picky and such a total perfectionist when it comes to Zelda lol. Throughout the years I've been doing what I can to bring Link and his world of Hyrule to life. All items and locations are real that I scout out myself and set up to make the perfect image as much I could. This is the Ocarina of Time version of the Master Sword.
~:Random facts about my OoT Master Sword:~ -The Diamond pieces on both sides of the Master Sword are Gold Plated. -The hardest part was probably carefully engraving the Triforce emblem on both sides of the blade -Sword is perfectly balanced -Other side is Signed by Shigeru Miyamoto on the blade. -Aluminum exterior blade - My heaviest sword yet. -We built this about 5 years ago.
**** Sword is made completely by me and my father. We both worked on it super hard to make it as accurate as possible. (it's not the same one in my older pics) Photo - Me (pikminlink) Legend of Zelda (c) Nintendo

Wow, that's an awesome realistic-looking sword O.o I'm actually inspired to resume the making of mine! (I'm carving it out of wood, and I don't even know how I'll make it look metal-ish, but meh xD)
You do realize that if you and your dad made these and sold them online, you'd make a killing, right? I'd be one of the first to buy one...you know...once I had the money.
Yeah, but they take lots of time + material cost to make, and people won't pay for the materials + labor cost. Trust me, I know, which is why I quit doing commissions. And tbh, it's not as easy as make lots of them and sell. I also don't want to make anymore.
