Not only the most amazing Link cosplay I've ever seen, but the most amazing cosplay in general I've ever seen. This Is simply amazing!

I'm hoping to put together a Link cosplay for Halloween, and I was wondering how you got the hat to look so perfectly shaped like that? Mine, and any others I've seen always end up folding over at a part in the middle and makes pointy things at the side (I hope that made sense) where as yours remains rounded. How on earth did you do that?
