So this is my completed final project for my "Modeling and Texturing for Games" class. Create pretty much anything we wanted, and place it on a pedestal so we can make a turntable, we can also add an environment. I chose both. In the environment I added fake light rays, and also added two lights.
I wasn't doing all that well in that class at all due to getting everything stolen and getting behind after the robbery =\ so I put all my time on this baby hoping that I can get a good grade and bump my overall grade up. Im proud of this project.
Grade of Final: A+ I passed.
Yes, I know I could have used z-brush and such, but this was for a class, we had instructions. Maya only, low poly and (2) 256 texture maps for the items. The back ground is just optional.
--- All textures on the sword and shield were created and painted by ME in photoshop. Textures in the environment were photoshoped/edited by me.
that is incredible. o.O I am willing to bet that there would be a load of people that would love to get the .obj file, as well as the textures and everything else that you have for the sword and shield so that they could use it for 3D renders in trying to get a perfect render of Link from Legend of Zelda. Epic masterpiece you got there, even if it is low poly!
I am a game designer from Poland (FPS horror game called Insomnia is coming). I am looking for great 3d model for my game. Could I use some of Yours models in my game project?
