yeah.my first attempt at 'painting' (no outlines)..oh man i got so many complaints about this one, and i just dont feel i can work on it anymore. its basically done IMO.
((this is not my first time using a tablet, just my first time trying to 'digital paint'))
so yeah. this pic took me about two nights to do ><
her face was alright to work with, i closed her eyes because yeah...i messed up on them being open so i was just...'ugh..forget it' eyes closed. wha la!
i found the hair being the easiest. normally before i started digital art i always thought the hair would be the hardest.
the crown....oh man dont even get me started on that one. i hated it, i hated working on it, i dont like how it turned out. and yeah. i dont like it at all. that took me a night to do and i kept messing up so bad that i had to do it over and over many times. but eh. it stays.
the few things i really like in this pic is the background her earrings and her hair tie things.
I may scrap this tho, but for now ill leave it.. until i replace it with something better.
but yeah. i guess i shouldnt complain since it was my first time painting with a tablet, but just the whole process of it was frustrating at times. im just glad its done, and i hope you like it.

It think it turned out so well! She looks so peaceful with her eyes closed
I am new to digital art now and your first attempts are much better than mine I agree with you about the hair! In traditional art this was always the hardest part for me. I think it's much easier to draw hair digitally
